*Rates quoted are for the cost of each apartment / per night with standard occupancy. The standard occupancy is 8 people for the 4 bedroom apartment; 4 people for the 2 bedroom apartment and 3 people for the 1 bedroom apartment.
*If there are more guests than the standard occupancy number, a surcharge of 10,000 yen per person, per night will be applied.
*A 5 night minimum stay applies over the Winter Season.

*Daily rubbish removal
*Mid-stay major clean and linen and towel change after 5 days if staying 8 days or more.
