Rates & Booking
- Rates quoted are in Japanese Yen and include all taxes and service charges.
- DEPOSIT: 25% of accommodation total required within 2 days of confirmation
- Balance due 60 days before arrival
*Rates quoted are for the cost of each apartment / per night with standard occupancy.
*The standard occupancy is 8 people for the 4 bedroom apartment; 4 people for the 2 bedroom apartment and 3 people for the 1 bedroom apartment.
*If there are more guests than the standard occupancy number, a surcharge of 10,000 yen per person, per night will be applied.
*A 6 night minimum stay applies over the Winter Season.
Cancellation Policy
- Within 7 days of confirmation - no charge
- After 7 days and before balance due date - deposit amount
- After balance due date - no refund
Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-in: 3 pm
- Check-out: 10 am
Amenities & Cleaning
- Daily rubbish removal
- Mid-stay major clean and linen and towel change after 5 days if staying 8 days or more.
- Complimentary WIFI
- Complimentary washing powder, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper.
- Complimentary body soap, shampoo and conditioner.
- Hair dryer in every bathroom.
